By signing up and actively using this Croc-Family Network site program (from here named as CFN ) you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. CFN may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with CFN . If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the CFN program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members

You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing CFN account.

You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your CFN account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by CFN be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with CFN . You agree to receive e-mail advertising from this CFN site . .

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from any CFN site , your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

CHEATING POLICY.

If a member is caught in cheating at any CFN site he/she will be suspended immediately At ALL CFN sites, and be given 1 week to proof his/hers innocence. After 1 week the accounts will be deleted and all earnings will be returned to the sites, With no further warnings
If name and addresses is incorrect or suspicious we are allowed to ask for name and Address proof. If proof can not be given, the accounts on all CFN sites will be cancelled, And all earnings will be returned to the sites, with no further warning.

DOWNLINES.

Members may NOT sell or display their downline or account on ANY auction or any other location without prior permission. Members must contact ADMIN for our permission. If members do NOT have permission from The Admin and we finds out and obtains proof, Legal actions may take place and the Member will also lose their account and the member will be banned from any and all websites owned by Croc-Family Network.
ALL ACCOUNTS MAY STAY ACTIVE. FREE MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNTS WILL BE DELETED AFTER 15 DAYS INACTIVITY. UPGRADED MEMBERS WILL BE DELETED AFTER 45 DAYS INACTIVITY!!
Accounts will be deleted last SUNDAY in every month for inactivity

Bad standings:

Every member who put any of Croc-Family Network sites in bad standing
will be deleted immediately and earnings will be rolled back to the site.
By Bad Standing we mean: Leaking infos from the site to members,
to other website-owners, forums or blogs.
by writing negative standings  about the  sites in forums, blogs etc.

Click Activity Requirement & Self-Earnings:

ALL member types at CFN have  to meet the  following to get payout.
- self-earnings 10% of their total earnings in their account earned by clicking PTC / emails.
- you must login at least every month and at least click/read 60 PTC / Emails per month.
Just logging in doesn't make you an active member.

Advertising your Affiliate Pages

You may not promote your affiliate page at sites mentioned in our banlist. CFN do have the right to add a site to the banlist at any time.
When you are caught promoting your affiliate page at a site mentioned in our banlist:
1st & 2nd time - you will receive a message with the request to remove the promoting at that site within 2 days.
3rd time - you will receive a message that your affiliate page has been removed and will not be withdrawn.
AFFILIATE PAGES  may not be advertised in any kind of autosurfs !!
There is a 10% personal earnings necessary to cashout if you also have an affiliate page.

PAID TO SIGN UP:

Far too many cheaters sign up to get the money and then do not become active, that is CHEATING, and if caught the money from the PTSU will be removed out of your CFN account and returned to the members PTSU account.. When you Sign-Up for a program, you are NOT allowed to delete your account shortly after in that program that paid you to sign up. You have to be an Active Member. When you VIOLATE these Terms your account in the CFN site will be deleted and all your earnings will be confiscated. Do not sign up for a program that you are already a member of even if you do see it listed here. This is cheating and will result in deletion of your account. The Webmaster of CFN sites verifies with the other Webmasters Sign Ups and ANYONE that tries to claim a false sign up is CHEATING and THE ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED. Only Sign Up if you plan on being Active, as once again the Webmaster of Croc Cash will be checking with other Webmasters and claiming credit for cash only with no intentions of being active is considered CHEATING and the Account WILL BE DELETED".

Vacation Mode

You are allowed to put your account on vacation mode twice a year for a period of 3 weeks without informing the admin of the CFN sites.
It is not allowed to put your account on vacation mode one month behind the other.
When you will be on vacation for a longer period, you need to contact the admin and ask for permission.

Relationship of the Parties

You and CFN are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and CFN . You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of CFN . You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability

CFN sites will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or CFN program, even if CFN has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, CFN aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
